Home Accelerated Healthcare sucks their horrible with communication, when my mom's nurse didn't show. I got ahold of her and she told me she was told to cancel, that's cool no one told me. My mom was also just discharged and again I wasn't notified, also when my mom started this program I was told she would have a speech therapist. They waited till my mom's services were close to being over, they are very unprofessional and unorganized. Do not use their services as I will never again

According to the patient, E. B., she has been very satisfied with our services so far. She said that right off the bat, she was impressed by how knowledgeable nurses Mike and Ron were and how insightful the visiting PCP we referred her. She also added that even though PT Eval was done so far, Jen did a good job and it was a positive experience. She noticed, compared to her previous home health agencies, our clinicians are very kind and treat her and her son like family. She said when Nurse Mike came out for the very first visit, right away she appreciated how patient and kind he was with both her and her child. She said that left a good first impression of us for her. She gave us a 10/10 and said we have been very helpful!

According to patient RD’s daughter, who was very satisfied with the agency, that something really struck with her was that the nurse Stephen has encouraged the patient to learn the habit of keeping up his own health by giving him homework of writing down his vitals daily and letting him know any noticeable changes in his condition. She said patient seems eager to report to the nurse when he comes and it makes her happy to see that patient invested in his health in that way. Patient’s daughter gave the agency a 10/10! Awesome work!

Recovery from full knee replacement surgery was made easier with the support and caring from the professional staff from Accelerated Home Health Care. The nurses and physical therapists were outstanding in the performance of their activities to help me continue in my recovery. I highly recommend this home health service and would use them again in a heart beat. The CEO of the company is also very caring and treats his patients like family.

The nurse and the therapist at Accelerated did a great job taking care of my mother after her back surgery. The physical therapist had my mom walking the day after she arrived home. This was a very good experience for the entire family. Mom is moving around the house without her walker or cane. We highly recommend this agency to everyone.
