This is a 4 year old review that i edited bc of grammer that I just noticed....i am happy I moved on but they were so very wrong! They say to write any questions, concerns whatever down to make a list that way you dont forget. I did just that and after 10yrs of being a patient I was released from care! I put my trust into this provider I believed him. I believed in Him. I m still reeling over how betrayed I feel! Instead of taking the time to help me work out some of the things I was feeling or going through like most drs will his reaction was to cut me lose! What kind of a person does that?! let alone a Doctor! Maybe they figured there was no more money to be made off me or maybe he has whiner PA -Cs.! At.any rate when the going got lost Monos Health did absolutely nothing! Im all for standing by your employees.patients can be brutal! But when you stand by and do nothing you both should be ashamed of yourselves! I thought you were different Dr. J! I really thought you cared I'll say one thing for sure...you make a hell of an actor! So in short if your sad, unhappy, depressed, etc. anything you might be experiencing BC pain has so many emotions ...do yourself a favor keep it to yourself..it hardly seems productive but maybe thats what they want!

I have been going to Monos and seeing the great Dr lipshutz or one of his PA's for many years now. And they have been amazing. They listen and seems like they really care. The entire staff is wonderful from the front office to the back. I have to give a special shout out to Cynthia his assistant ? She has helped me a lot from when she was front desk till now. Dr L has been doing my spinal injections, nerve burning (radio frequency ablation) and spinal stimulator, it helps that the outpatient surgical center is attached to the same building. Thank you for the years of amazing care Dr L.

Made an appointment online 3 days out. Got an email confirmation. I arrive to my appointment to find out it its an appointment request AND they don’t accept my insurance but I put everything on for registration for the appointment! Waste of my time. The lady at the front desk had an attitude and told me oh well you should’ve called us. Smh!

I had been a patient at Monos Healthcare for 5 years and the Dr's and PAs Lena and Isaac were great. They took the time to listen and cared about my health and care. I sadly had my last appointment this week when I was surprised to find that the owner, Dr Lipschutz informed me he had let Lena and Isaac go and that I could no longer be seen there. He no longer wants to see patients that are in need of pain management. I was a little in shock but ok. If you are looking for a place and Dr that cares and has empathy for what you are going through and the pain you deal with on a daily basis this isn't it. Look elsewhere!

I have been a patient of Dr Stacie Oliver's for about 2 years now, and I must say she is an amazing Dr, And person as well. She genuinely cares and respects her patients. I'm truly blessed by having her as my Doctor. Words can't express how grateful I am to her for treating me these past two years. Thanks Dr. Stacie Oliver for everything you've done for me!
