It is 7:00 pm Saturday 11/1/25. Tuesday 10/28 I was released from the hospital after sustaining a fractured pelvis from an accidental fall. After a few days in hospital, with exceptional care by the way, I was discharged to my home. Several specific conditions to ensure a good recovery. One of the specifics were that I continue with a Physical Therapist at home without pause. Two PT options were provided on my discharge paperwork. This & another. The very day I came home my daughter contacted Palmeria (this one ). Was told we’d be contacted the next day to begin process. Which would include first an assessment & treatment plan. The next day Wed 10/29 I waited all day & right before 5 pm I called. I was told that they were closed. But person did (?) note my concern. That earliest appointment would be today (11/1). I did make a point that the discharge instructions were that therapy was to continue without lapse. The person then told me that she would “escalate” the matter to a higher level. I was to be contacted the following day (10/30). Again there was no contact or call. Again wasn’t anything yesterday! Surely today, the day I was told was their “earliest” to schedule me, & even after being told the matter was being “escalated “ I’d hear something! Well I was very wrong! Long review yes! Am beyond frustrated! Cannot believe a business, a business that is supposed to provide what they claim to, a service so detrimental in the recovery of someone’s health. Now with this four day lapse, and at least several more days before another PT can begin, my recovery is not only delayed but possibly in jeopardy. Was this business so “booming” that picking & deciding on who is entitled to proper treatment the issue or what? By the way, and this shouldn’t be a factor! I’m a 78 yr old at the moment a most angry person!

This is not a professional company. You are really on your own if you make the mistake of choosing them during your hospital stay at Mountain View Hospital in Las Vegas. I have notified the hospital that rep. Michael Vito is promising care that is not provided! Don't believe the lies! We have had King one time in 10 days. I almost took my husband back to the hospital 3 times in this length of time. No nurse this week. I have called and left multiple messages. I think we will fire them soon! OT and PT are great. Nursing is a joke. No support there. Very disappointed. For my husband, the VA system is what works!

My mom is in stage 3 pancreatic cancer. Everyone at Palmiera has been amazing. From the nurses to the home health aid and PT. Even the people they reach out to in my mom’s behalf have been amazing. Truly feel blessed to have such a wonderful team helping take care of my mom during this rough time in her life 💜

My husband's nurse was TerryAnn. She is very informative, very nice and always on time. She contacts us the evening before coming over. She made sure she has his medications listed. TerryAnn helped him with keeping his wound care clean. She was a delight to have here. Very kind, very helpful, very easy to talk to, very informative, she is a good person. Thank you for sending her here.

Terri Ann nurse has been great in regards to helping me with wound care. She is very pleasant and very helpful, knowledgeable, and was very attentive to my needs. In regards to PT, Hans was also such a great help and very easy to work with. Overall, it was such a pleasure to have had them both.
