Extremely unprofessional, rude and condescending. I arranged to have a nurse evaluate my 83-yr old mother for physical therapy (on a Friday - 11/14/25) and was informed the nurse would call before the end of the day. She did not. I let it go and waited for her to call on Monday. She did not, so I called around 2-2:30 pm to find out what happened and was told someone would get back to us. No one did... so I called back around 4pm. The rep I spoke with informed me that someone left a message at 9am (NO message was left) making an appointment for earlier that day at 11am-1pm. (a 2-hour window??) I let her know something was off because we did not receive a message, they were welcome to see our machine - and no one came to the house during that time frame... the rep stated she heard the message being left. She then phoned the nurse on the other line (I was able to hear the whole conversation) and she told the nurse - "that I finally called her back"!?!?) I called at 2, not knowing they tried to phone us - and NO ONE CALLED US BACK. This person did not truly listen to my concerns - brushed off the concerns she did hear, repeatedly cut me off during the entire conversation, was rude and flat out lied to the nurse. [THIS IS A HUGE RED FLAG!] (Although, we NEVER received a message from their office) - they seriously expected a 2-hour notification was an appropriate time frame, to make an appointment, for 83 yr old woman?? These people are a mess. We are going somewhere else - where honesty, common courtesy, respect and professionalism are an expectation - not an afterthought.

This company is definitely the worst I’ve ever went thru. My mom has been hospitalized since Feb 2025 about 6 times now and this company comes and checks her out saying she needs a nurse well the nurse never comes there is a communication problem. My mom is back in the hospital because the nurse no called no showed once again. My mom is blind and 84 years old and is in need of a nurse well looks like I need to find a new company this company is horrible I mean horrible. I give them a zero review they deserve nothing. Also about a few months ago the receptionist was slurring her words and was very very rude she had to be on something. Very rude and told me she was an airline attendant and has been yelled at cussed at just plain ignorant.

I am giving this company 5 stars because of their nurse, Johanna. My husband has had several hospitalizations in the past year and he is entitled to a nurse visit upon release. Johanna has been here many times and I can't say enough nice things about her. She is friendly, compassionate, professional has helped my husband's recoveries each time. She is a great asset to this company.

5 stars for our nurse, Dennis, who took amazing care of our elderly mom/grandma until her passing. We’re still working to get through processing her death, but we had to take the time to leave Dennis a humongous THANK YOU! Dennis always made himself available to us, no matter how little the question or concern. He was always punctual, friendly and almost overly accommodating to our pets (which of course only make us adore him more.) Dennis truly became a part of our family and someone consider as a friend, and we miss him greatly. Also 5 stars for Chris... (owner? Boss? Supervisor? We’re not sure) he treated us like family and not just “customers,” and kept his promise of making sure our mother/grandma was taken care of.

The nurse Johanna was extremely rude to me, very impatient! I asked her several times to stop and to please move forward and she wouldn’t. I she is abusing me verbally what is she going to do to my 80 yo mother. My moms Casemanager also was treated poorly by her. Stay away from this company
