There is no better feeling than knowing your loved one is cared for when you cant be there! Prestige Family Home Health has been taking care of my mother's medical needs for approximately 6-7 months. They are on top of everything, not only her medications, tracking Doctor appointments and following up with her PCP. I am forever in debt to a couple of lovely ladies, Leomar and Yessica, and feel horrible not including everyone else who has come in contact with with my mom. They keep me up to date and are always thinking ahead. Prior to this Home Health company and due to mom's health condition we had dealt with at least 3 or 4 other companies, although the staff dispatched to our home was always kind, polite and caring, Prestige came in and raised the bar to an unbelievable standard. They are always available for questions via phone, text or email and mom loves them too!

I cannot express how grateful I am to this company. I was a visitor to Las Vegas when I fell and broke my hip. I was transported to a not so nice hospital where I laid with a broken femur for two days before they decided to perform surgery. I had no idea what surgery I was having and never met with a physician before they took me to surgery. After I was given literally no therapy for the next two days, I demanded to be released. At that time I was told I had Covid and no healthcare agency would take me. (Of course this was all a lie). I contacted Prestige myself and was assured they could help me. Trust me, at this point I was so very stressed out. I contacted the discharge area and told him Prestige would take me. It was obvious the hospital wanted to keep me to continue to get government money since I was a Covid patient. It took Leomar and her staff several hours of back and forth to get me released. I went directly to a testing site and of course had a negative test. I was staying with a friend in Vegas who happens to be a nurse. Prestige came daily and did education, therapy etc. they were kind, compassionate and professional. I can’t say enough positive things about them. They definitely went the extra mile for me.
