Do not use this company for hospice care for your loved one. They only care about signing you up to get a government bonus. If your loved ones symptoms get worse and they need to go into hospital for immediate emergency care, pro care will not sign your loved one back up after to home hospice with them again. I dealt with Diane and Ginalyn and we were told that if my Grandmother had to go into hospital and then come out, she could sign back up with pro care which was a lie. My Grandmother has stage 4 uterian cancer and now we are scrambling to try and find another home hospice care company for her. This company does not care about your loved one and only for the best interest of themselves.
