Had point of care with Saguaro for about a month. Prior to point of care, we had agreed that I would pay out of pocket with my special needs trust with weekly invoices sent to me l so I could mail them to the trust. The first and only invoice I received was two weeks after my first week of services rendered. I sent it off to my trust for payment, but this coincided with a number of government holidays in which the USPS does not work. Thus, the invoice for the first week of services was not rendered to my trust until three weeks after the first week. Having not yet received the first weeks payment (as it is arriving in the mail still) and failing to send me weekly invoices in a timely fashion as agreed upon at the onset, Saguaro dropped me as a client without notice. As such, I’ve been left in a predicament, as I have a serious wound that needs daily attention. Now I risk the chance of infection because of multiple oversights. When I tried to explain the situation to them, they dismissed my claims and said that the weekly invoices were not agreed upon, when in fact that was the sole reason I hired them through another clinic I work with. Seems to me that this sort of behavior is not indicative of a considerate health care provider. ... That said, I will say the nurse that I had, Nurse Cha, was an absolute superhero. She was great and attentive to all my healthcare needs. Wish there were more like her!

I was a patient with them a couple of years ago. They had the head lady named Jane who goes around getting new patients for them. I was very happy my CNA back then was Eric. I am mad and speaking to my Lawyer for that owner is spreading around I was a bad patient. Well that's a lie I never complained when I didn't get PT or OT, I never called when a nures didn't show up. The only one who came all the time was the CNA and I let him come at 8;00 am. The supplies I would be lucky to get them. My pubic catheter was to be changed every 2 weeks for I am on IV antibiotics for chronic Infections. After 4 weeks I would call and ask about my supplies and when the nures would come. TO THE OWNER I WASN'T GONNA SAY ANYTHING BUT YOUR TELLING LIES ABOUT ME. WILL JANE TOLD ME SHE WAS LEAVING YOUR COMPANY BECAUSE MEDICARE WAS GOING TO INVESTIGATE BACK IN 2015-2016 SHE LEFT AND TOOK ME. JUST LIKE YOUR OT MARGARET AND HER HUSBAND WAS DOING TO DERSSERT HOMEHEALTH SHE LIED AND SAID SHE COULDN'T GET A HOLD OF ME. SO SHE WAS STEALING PATIENTS JUST LIKE JANE DONE TO YOU. I WAS WITH YOU FOR ALMOST 3 YEARS IF I WAS A BAD PATIENT WHY KEEP ME. SO WATCH IT MARGARET AND HER HUSBAND BOTH STOLE ME AWAY FROM DESSERT VIEW HOMEHEALTH. FACT IS YOU WERE MAD FOR JANE TOOK SOME OF YOUR PATIENTS AND WORKERS. MY ONE NURSE BRENDA CALLED ME DIDN'T REALIZE THAT SHE NEVER HANG UP WITH ME AND WAS TELLING HER SON SHE FELT OUT OF PLACE FOR IT WAS LIKE WHITE ON RICE. YOU MUST OF CHANGED FOR BACK WHEN I WAS WITH YOU. I BELIEVE YOU MAY OF GOTTEN 3 STARS TOP. SO TO THE OWNER OF SAGUARO IN CLOSING STOP SAYING I WAS A HARD PATIENT AND BECAUSE OF MARGARET AND HER HUSBAND I QUIT DERSSERT VIEW HOMEHEALTH TO GO WITH THEM .SO JUST LIKE JANE YOU HAVE EMPLOYEES WHO STEAL PATIENTS FOR YOU TOO JUST LIKE JANE DID. I HEAR YOU SAY ANYTHING BZD ABOUT ME I WILL SHOW THEM ALL THE RECEIPTS FOR MY SUPPLIES I NEVER GOT FROM YOU BUT MEDICARE PAID FOR IT. I VERY UNHAPPY EX-PATIENT WHO WAS MADE TO LOOK LIKE A BAD PATIENT WHEN A EX-EMPLOYEE BROUGHT ME TO A DIFFERENT HOMEHEALTH JUST LIKE THERE OWN OT AND EMPLOYEE'S ARE DOING TO ME STOLE ME AWAY FROM DESSERT VIEW HOMEHEALTH TO SAGUARO WHOSE MAD AT ME FOR LEAVING THEM WHEN JANE SAID MEDICARE WAS INVESTIGATED YOUR COMPANY PLUS SHE MADE SURE I GET MY SUPPLIES. SO TO THE OWNER YOU HAVE YOUR EMPLOYEES STEALING PATIENTS FOR OTHER COMPANIES AND NOW I CAN'T FIND ONE. CHANNEL 8 OR 13 IS GOING TO HEAR ABOUT HOW HOMEHEALTH AGENCY WORKS. STEVEN REINHOLD

I LOVE Saguaro Home Health Care Services. I've had two other home health companies which were not as responsive or caring. In fact, all the health care companies should ask Saguaro for training tips. Nurse Janet answers any and ALL questions and is friendly and happy to fulfill needs from doctor order requests, etc. PT Heidi and Bea are also wonderful and worked my husband hard to become more self-sufficient and less work for me ;-). Speech Therapist Susan really questioned my husband on his goals and listened for ways to help him when he struggles to get the words out. CNA Eric is always cheerful and also helps my husband to be more self-sufficient in the shower. I also appreciate not having physical therapy and occupational therapy at the same time. It's better for my husband's concentration and rehabilitation to focus on one at a time so occupational therapy will follow the completion of physical therapy. I highly recommend this company.
