The care with which both mom’s nurse, Susan, and her PT, John, have consistently provided is outstanding! They take the time to understand what is going on, Mom never feels rushed or unheard, and they really work on ensuring that my mom hears what they are asking her (she is very HOH). Have absolutely zero doubts about recommending them to anyone needing Home Health care services!

My Mom (78years old) receives Physical Therapy (John) twice a week and a nurse (Laurie) visits once weekly. The care they provide is excellent. They are professional, and very personable. They have helped her a lot and she looks forward to seeing them. I’ve also dealt with Tim, Michelle and Susan. They call to check on my Mom to make sure she’s happy and that there are no problems. I would totally recommend Sonoma Health Care to anyone.

With all the possible health care facilities and home health care people to contact it can become overwhelming. We found Sonoma Home Health Care and I was so pleasantly surprised. They are very efficient. They took great care of my mother and kept me updated on any information I needed to know as well. April did a great job following up with both my mother and me. Nurse Kyle Edison is a great help. He's very attentive and does his job well. Michelle Day was also a great help. After calling 12 different agencies; this was the only one who took our insurance. Edit on 08/26/19: After receiving service from this company I wanted to stay with them for in-home physical therapy. I had my Ortho Surgeon fax an order to the office to continue service and Sonoma health told me my insurance was denied. My wife then called our insurance to see why the order was denied just to find out that Sonoma Home Health lied. Our insurance stated that they never denied anything and that Sonoma Home Health made the decision to no longer provide service. I don't appreciate the dishonesty and I would rather Sonoma Health be up front and tell me that they are no longer providing services for whatever reason. They staff I worked with was great but lying to a client doesn't sit right with me.
