While getting my APRN license I was repeatedly told I was missing something information that I had submitted because it had been misplaced by the BON. When I called it took me 3 attempts to reach someone after calling for 3 days straight. Turns out they actually had all of my information. Additionally, when attempting to transfer my license to another state, the website listed incorrect information regarding the forms I needed for my license to be sent to the other BON. I had already purchased a money order and mailed it. Took me many days to receive the rejection back in the mail delaying the licensing process. The lack of clarity and poor organization are incredibly frustrating.
