I needed in home PT following hip replacement. Dan came out for the initial eval and then Nick came for 2 weeks. I can't say enough positive things about both Dan and Nick! When I have my next hip done I will certainly request Nick.

I can't think of another professional I'd have rather had by my side in my father's final days than Jen of VNA of Manchester. From our first contact, she has been warm, compassionate, understanding, and knowledgeable. Navigating conditions, decisions, and necessary steps like these are gut-wrenching and unthinkable but Jen had done (and continues to do) anything I could have ever needed to support my dad, myself, and my family - everything from ensuring my dad's wishes were kept in the forefront of decision-making to just checking in with me - even days after my dad's passing. She's been there every single step of the way. She is such an asset to the company and I can't say enough great things about her. Jen, THANK YOU! You will forever hold a place in my heart... not just for your kindness and professionalism with my dad, but also for your superb care for me as his daughter.

I had my mother in my home for her hospice care, which ended up lasting two weeks. I could not have made it without Sharon and Jennifer helping me through it. They were amazing with helping me with all my questions and making sure my mother was comfortable. The home health aides were also amazing. Our hospice care team was paramount in making sure I could be there for my mom when she needed me the most. I am very grateful and appreciate all of them!❤️

My story is heartbreaking. My husband died on 10/19. It's still a very emotional time for me, but the facts won't change with emotion. My husband was admitted to home hospice on 10/9 and at first it seemed like this was the best course to take. I didn't know I had options for hospice providers. Now I know, and so do you. I was robbed of the last night he was coherent by the overnight nurse who refused to put in a catheter. My husband fell trying to go to the bathroom that night and was injured. He was never conscious again after that. The catheter was put in the next day by a day nurse, he remained in an agitated state. We increased meds to keep him "asleep". We weren't trained medical staff, and had no idea his catheter was blocked, and had been blocked for days (based on the output when it was removed to prepare his body). There was unnecessary distress for all of us. If you choose home hospice, choose wisely. I forgive the people involved that made my husbands transition less than peaceful, that doesn't mean I won't talk about it....and warn others.
