I lost my husband July 9th2025 and Lake Sunapee VNA came in for hospice services but I only seen a nurse once and she came in to see him when he came home after that I didn’t see a nurse until the day before he passed and she was very rude to me I told her that he would not take his medication and she put it in his mouth and when he passed it took the nurse 2hours to get out and pronounce him deceased and he did not have his last rights read after he was deceased and no one stayed in touch with me Maureen came once and Cinnamon came once I did not feel the LSVNA supported me at all and when I asked if there’s a grief support group I was told that there was not I feel like they were not even there for supporting me when I was taking care of my husband no one called me to see how I was doing through such a tremendous stressful time I am not happy with how I was treated as well as the care my husband got this is why I am giving only two stars LSVNA actually only should get one star

Lake Sunapee Visiting Nurses is by far the best for In Home Care. I worked very closely with the hospice team and palliative care for 3 and half years. So no doubt I interacted with their Nurses, Aides, Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy. I worked very closely with the spiritual worker and their office staff. You will not be disappointed to have their professionals come into your home. They will help you no matter what level of care is needed Sincerely Corina Manseau Certified Caregiver

Amazing personalized care. They listen, really listen. Timely responses to phone calls, providers are available to speak to loved ones. The nurses are amazingly skilled at pain relief and quick to act for symptomatic control. We worked with them for 2 months, they were always there. Kind, dependable, compassionate, skilled....fantastic organization! I will reccommend them to anyone I know facing similar situations! THERE ARE ANGELS AMONG US!

This whole agency is organized for the benefit of the employees not the client. For example, visits are not scheduled in advance so the client can plan, they are made the morning of a proposed visit so, according to a representative, " they are not driving all over the place". Calls are invariably sent to voicemail and never returned. Some of the staff who provide the care are excellent but the organization needs a complete overhaul.
