I would give our hospice team 10 stars if I could! They were truly amazing. We called on a Sunday, and they sent someone out that very afternoon to begin care and stayed by our side as Mom’s health declined. We are especially grateful for Alexa, who went above and beyond to attend to our mom’s needs and support us as caregivers. She was exceptionally knowledgeable, compassionate, and simply an incredible human to be around. We couldn’t have done this without her and will be forever grateful for her care. We also want to acknowledge Gretchen and Dr. Saunders, who guided us through some very challenging moments and took the time to truly listen, support us, and answer all of our questions. I can’t say enough about our experience with hospice. We are deeply grateful for their care, compassion, and support during this time.

This is a first-class, top notch home health group. Had both PT and OT visits. Called ahead to schedule. Called to say en-route. Arrived on time. Spent sufficient time to ensure my environment supported recovery and sufficient time to ensure recovery skills were understood. Highly recommend. I will name request PBHH if I need their services in the future but honestly hope I don't.

I had two hip replacements within 10 months and VA referred me to PBHH for rehab in my home. They were all amazing! I had PTs and OTs help me exercise and strengthen my hips and legs quickly. They also helped me to acquire the equipment such as canes, leg lifters, sock helpers, and walkers to fit each stage of my healing. Call them they will help you!

Although I had not returned in over a year, the staff and Kathleen welcomed me like an old friend. They provide a warm, safe environment and are very efficient about making appointments and updating records. My PT assessment was thorough and I received positive feedback for the work I have continued to do to get stronger and more flexible. I look forward to further improvement with new training for specific body parts.

Following some rugged abdominal surgery with complications, PBCH was contacted to attend to my dressing changes and assess my physical abilities. As a retired RN I cannot say enough wonderful things about this group. Very professional, caring, good assessments, well prepared with supplies - I was very confident with my nurse’s abilities. She was very comfortable and professional contacting my surgeon’s office for other instructions or questions. A PT assessment was very thorough and provided great ideas to start getting my strength back. We are very fortunate to have this group in our region for home health care!
