From the initial intake meeting until my last session today with my therapist the experience was wonderful. I had a hip replacement about a month ago and my first interaction with my therapist Gary went very well. We set up a plan with specific dates and times that worked for both of us. Gary was here on time for every scheduled appointment, even came to my house to help me get in the car for my 2 week post op appointment. Gary gauged my progress and was very supportive and encouraging during my exercises. I feel fortunate that Gary was my therapist and very happy to say “thank you” to someone who truly cares about his clients and his job

NO COMMUNICATION. UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING RIGHT…. REFUSING TO SHARE IMPORTANT DOCUMENTATION REGARDING PATIENTS HEALTH. ORDERING INCORRECT SUPPLIES. RELYING ON PATIENTS FAMILY MEMBERS WHO ARE NOT MEDICALLY TRAINED TO FACILITATE SUPPLY ORDERS. THE LIST IS ONGOING AND BAFFLING. THE LADY WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE REFUSES TO LEVEL UP URGENT ISSUES AND CANNOT ANSWER IN A TIMELY MATTER.

Wish I could add an extra 🌟 for consciousness & dedication. I reached out to Samantha, the office manager & there were no other nurses on shift. She visited us and stayed after hours when my mom’s picc line got clogged & tired everything to clear it out. She also followed up to ensure my mom was receiving the best care possible. I am so grateful for Bayonne VNA for accommodating a difficult him healthcare situation.

The staff kept stringing me along for 3 months trying to get care for my mother until finally they said they don't have availability. I know a neighbor whose aunt applied for services 3 weeks after my mom and she was approved, probably because she is self pay. Do not contact this agency unless you have connections or are self pay. I don't know how they are accredited with CHAP but I will surely be contacting them.
