The physical therapist for my mother provided very little Pt, gave no feedback on how to improve physically and she was rude and unfriendly.

Very poor communication. Always short staffed. Loved the home health aid. They dropped my mother from 2 days a week to one without speaking to the family, they informed us by text the day before she was to have a vist that they were short staffed and moving to one day. One of the Physical Therapists was awful and again, never communicated any issues with my mother and dropped her to one day a week without letting us know. After my mother was discharged from their service it was recommended that she use Fox PT but again, poor communication and no one from Mercer Home followed up with Fox and after a week I still am not getting any information. Would not recommend.
