We have home care in place for my dad 7 days a week. Both HHAs that come are great! We have Albert M-F and Antonio on the weekends. They both care for my father wonderfully and we are extremely grateful for their assistance & compassion!

I would never ever recommend anybody to use their services. The scheduling coordinator Doreen is extremely rude and condescending when she talks to you. I’ve caught her in several lies about waiting for a home health aide because they needed my pre-auth from my insurance company when I called my insurance company and they had the pre-auth for four days already. I have missed several several appointments and important tests because the home health aide went to the wrong address and was late over an hour. I’m supposed to get one hour of help and today I only got 20 minutes because she went to the wrong address that Doreen supposedly changed in the system. The nurses that did the assessment told me that they are very short staffed and don’t have a lot of Home health aides and when I mentioned that to Doreen she said I don’t know why the nurses are telling you that we have plenty of staff and I wish they wouldn’t tell patients that. Then later when I called and said my pre-authorization from my insurance company has been there and I need a home health aide as soon as possible what’s going on, Doreen then told me that they are very short staffed they only have 10 aids during the week and two on Saturday for hospice. She talked to me very condescendingly and was extremely rude and I would call on Monday and leave a message and every single day I would call I was told she was either on the phone or in a meeting and would call me back and never called me back. I had a major operation and I’m cut down my chest and I desperately have needed help and the agency could care less about you. I do not recommend their services at all! The home health aide Claudine is absolutely amazing though and I think she should work for a better company that appreciates her and not be associated with a company that doesn’t have the same standards that Claudine has as a home health aide. I only got six hours for a home health aide after my operation and due to Doreen‘s negligence I only received 4 1/2 hours. Which doesn’t seem like a big difference but when you are at somebody else’s mercy for help , it really does make a huge difference. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Wendy, a physical therapist, It's probably the worst Physical therapist I have ever had to meet with. She is always late, is very intrusive, complains about my family as well as my house, and disregards all the diagnosis doctors have given me and draws her own inappropriate conclusions.
