I just moved here . I used bayada in South Jersey add my nerves always texting me the night before telling me what time the next day it is now after 9:00 the day of my first visit here, I have things to do when call because I just moved here and all I keep hearing is a nurse will reach out to me to tet me what time very inconvenient and unprofessional that nobody's told me what time they're coming yet. Update, when the nurse Lisa, finally came, she spent most of her time talking into the wall. After about an hour requesting she determined that they cannot take my insurance because she said I'm not home bound, she has nothing to base this on ,and except for Dr appointments and picking up meds, I am homebound. If they told me this 2 weeks ago I could have found another company . Since my health was affected I will be suing this incompetent company
