This company needs new management. Most of nurse's are great at the job. Just a lot of Inconsistencies and not great communication. They do not have Adequate staffing. I see why they only have 3 stars.

My client came home from the hospital on Monday. Patient care was supposed to be here that Tuesday. No one showed that Wednesday, someone would be here. No one showed today is Thursday. I was told that the lady would be here from 10 to 1030. That's what we arranged. She called me at 10:28 to say she would be 25 minutes late. It is now 11 15, and she's still not here unacceptable.

Total incompetence I just moved down here and any patient care. And the first thing I asked him is do you take my insurance? They said yes after about 5 or 6 days of going back and forth getting the right referrals and scripts is the person answering the phone being very unhelpful tell me she couldn't do anything because the system was down, she believe people had called me back when they didn't and other stupidity I finally got the message that they don't take my insurance after all. meanwhile I wasted a whole week now I will have to go to the hospital for something that takes 20 minutes because of their negligence

I had a full knee replacement on Monday, July 17, 2023. Initial consultation was done by Liz from Atlantic Care on Thursday, July 20, 2023 no phone calls or follow ups. I only needed them for two weeks, until I could get transportation to go out, I called them on Wednesday July 26,2023 ( Team N ?) some lady who answered the phone like she was at home ,screamed loud HELLO! I don’t think any one was scheduled, so I told the lady to cancel whatever she needed to do because I start actual Physical therapy with Novacare at their place of business on Monday. And also wanted to make sure my insurance wasn’t charged, never again. If you need home therapy, don’t use them. Zero stars and 👎🏾
