I have worked with this company on multiple occasions to help with my elderly parents and always found them to be professional and responsive from the scheduling professionals to the caregivers. They are compassionate, knowledgeable and reliable. The home health aids, therapists and nurses are the best! I am now working with Susan, Christiane and Cindy as well as a few different nurses. I have also worked with Ingrid. I apologize for not naming all of them but they have all gone above and beyond and are so kind to my parents. Thank you!

These people are incompetent and don’t care one bit for our seniors. We have been contacting them for two years to help us with an 89 dementia patient. We get told that “there’s a pandemic” and that “there’s a waiting list”. We have signed up for the waiting list and HAVE NEVER received a call back. Their phone staff is rude and offer zero assistance. Why they even bother to be in business is beyond me. AVOID THIS ORGANIZATION AT ALL COSTS.
