Hi, i use jfk at home nursing 3x wk to clean my wound dressing and all the nurses r nice, patient, professional and willing to help however they can. I would recommend them to anyone. I also had at home pt and it was great as well. The therapist was caring and listened to my nds. I'd recommend the pt dept to anyone as well. Beverly Deutschman

This place is a joke and should be out of business. They lied and said I cancelled service which I never did. They screamed at me and told me to “just take my father to the hospital.” This was all from the intake department. They have emotional issues, and lack any form of professionalism. Luckily, my family and Inare not destitute and have options. I feel sorry for anyone who must rely on this service. Losers.

The nurses are ok but you never get the same nurse and you have to explain everything to them each time they come...office staff is terrible..some nurses call from a cloned number or a number no longer in service and never leave a voicemail. They plan their day in the morning...you never know when they're coming...this place should be called JOKE at home..

For over 2 months, we repeatedly have negative experiences with this agency's nursing service. The PT, OT, and SLP staff are great, but the nurses repeatedly make mistakes and are a disappointment to work with. I had to take my father to a urologist office on a stretcher because the nurse never showed up for his Foley exchange FOR WEEKS and was impossible to reach. The nursing manager Cindy Daust is helpful and is easy to reach, but most of her staff are unable to do their job correctly. Some of them have a huge attitude problem and I actually had to request a nurse change because one was so rude to my dad and my family for no reason. For over 2 months, we repeatedly have negative experiences with the nurses because of their no-show rate and rude, unhelpful attitudes and I am ready to switch agencies at this point.

Terrible business and service. I spent a month in the hospital, most of my time being in bed so my legs were weak and I needed at home pt. These ppl refused to help me, would call day before to plan appointments last minute and on a weekend. They have Speedy Gonzalez leaving messages that make no sense. Laziest staff I've ever experienced and they did not care at all for the patient or what they're going through. I truly hope bad karma on everyone I had to deal with.
