My husband came home from hospital on 3rd of Nov. He was approved for home physical therapy due to 2 open heart surgeries in one month. It has been over one week . I have called 3 times. I get we understand, we are sorry you are approved. We will send message and someone will get back to you. Please don't put an apology in line!! If you don't have the employees to send why give people the run around.

Very friendly and compassionate staff. They seamlessly arranged in home physical therapy for me following my knee replacement surgery. The physical therapists were all very professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. They really helped in my speedy recovery.
