Horrible. I've waited 3 months for physical therapy to come after being released from the hospital. Physical therapy Finally comes and gives me 3 visits! What a disgrace. Stay far away from this company. I will be reporting them to the insurance company and filing a formal complaint.

I received a CPAP machine to "try" from a new respiratory supervisor from the Eatontown location and was given inaccurate information regarding my obligations. I have tried multiple times to resolve over the phone and Julie who is evidently "manager" of the billing department does not return calls to discuss billing issues.

A Hackensack Meridian At Home driver rear ended my daughter's car. She asked for his information and he said to call the number on the side of his truc and drove away. We have spoken to muiltiple people at Hackensack Meridian who say they can't find out who he was. We are dealing with the police now but what a horrible experience. I sure wouldn't use their At Home services if this is the kind of people they hire, and non-help they give.

CPAP narcissist in charge of gaslighting the patient and the machines for clearly known issues with the humidifier and the ResMed POS units burning through the water...a simple Google search will let you read how prevalent an issue it is. Well instead of letting the distributor and the manufacturer know about the problem cover instead they blame the patients and give excuses and huge runarounds telling them to buy their own separate equipment tell them to put the heat on or even to buy humidifiers. It shouldn't be a prerequisite of purchasing other electronic devices for equipment that doesn't work. No matter what you tell them they will not exchange your equipment. Laziness is an understatement. The fact that it keeps going on and no one in this Corporation is realizing the shortcomings of this department is crazy. I'm actually going to my respiratory specialist / pulmonologist and requesting an external prescriptions so I can go to a company of my choice

My husband was discharged from the hospital on Thursday 3/14/2024 it is now Monday 3/18 five days later and still have not heard anything on when a nurse and more importantly the physical therapist will visit. This delay in care is both unsafe and unacceptable. If Hackensack-meridian cannot provide the care necessary they should not accept the patient and we could have contacted the VNA. I did call Meridian but was told they would call to schedule a visit. Still waiting! Very disappointed.
