They schedule appointments they may come they may not come. you can’t get in touch with them and get an answer. I caught the physical therapist on camera sneaking out of the house when she realized that my 80 year-old mother was the only one home. She worked with her for seven minutes and then left when my wife had to run out.

I have had years of experience btwn my Mom and Grandmother for home services and Bayada is by far the best. The administrative staff is very helpful and pleasant. The aid and PT were so good. My grandmother looked forward to their visits. Its very difficult to care for your loved ones and I was able to work and sleep at night knowing she was in great hands

I've been searching for a homemaker/home health aide. Since my doctor is in the same building, I stopped by. At first I was ignored. I stood there to see how long it would take for someone to look up from their phones and notice me. When that finally happened, I inquired about their services. The young woman looked Mr up and down and said, "For you?" in a manner that seemed to insinuate that by the looks of me, I didn't need one. As if she knew anything about my health issues. I found it to be u professional and judgmental. I wanted to go with your company because you're close me and my doctor. But I guess I'll have to keep looking. You should consider retraining your office staff. Thank you.
