SUCH A WASTE OF TIME and who gains the most power and money? THE VNA. Come to someone’s house once in awhile check the blood pressure stick a bandaide and bill Medicare. Our system is broken. Better yet let’s suggest we put your parent on hospice who doesn’t have a death sentence from the doctor or hospital. I hope there is a never ever again

My son was sent home with a pic line and we were told a nurse would be coming to check the site and draw blood neither were completed we did no here from anyone until I called to have the line removed will never use them again

My Mom had horrendous care from the VNA. They called me for a review when they sent the person to do the evaluation which I releunctly gave a good review for fear of retaliation when in fact it wasn't that great, then the Occupational Therapist never showed up for her appointments, it was always an excuse My Mom the first time got decent care but in the second time around it was a disaster They didn't fulfill the need nor did they care to send someone when the other person kept cancelling, I think the persons name was grupta or something like that. Thankfully she remembered much of what she was taught the first time

These lady starting from the lady who answer the phone to the nurses, they are guiding angels. Thank You ladies. You are the best. Please send me a web site where I could make monthly donations. God bless you all I can give you a 10 because is unfair a 100 is alot better.

First I want to say that Visiting Nurses are very good at what they do. It is a short term solution but the quality of care is exceptional. I would like to specifically mention Nurse Natasha who has saved my wifes life more than once. She is an incredible nurse. The therapists are also very good. Jennifer, Erin and their co-workers really care about the patient. If you need short term home care call RWJBH VNA.
