I recently underwent open-heart surgery at The Valley Hospital. The home care I rec’d was exceptional. The weekly visiting nurse, occupational therapist and physical therapist were always in touch with me and each other to coordinate my care. I also had a lovely home health aide who initially assisted me the first week until I got some strength back. I am grateful for their care.

I work at a doctors office and had to deal with Valley Home Care. First of all, we were not the referring doctor, yet they were calling us for information that they could find from the referring location or themselves. Typically offices don’t do that. In addition, when our office receives referrals, we call the patient and the family ourselves to gather information like address, insurance, etc. rather than bothering other offices who are busy caring for other patients. They could easily do this themselves and clearly want things handed to them. It would be okay if they were at least nice but they have not been a pleasure to work with in particular Laura. I would avoid at all costs and go to another location that actually does their job.

My Mom and our family has been so happy with everyone from Valley Home Health. Nurse, PT, OT, and Dispatch Health. The absolute best are the PT's, both Rose and Alex are outstanding! They are friendly, personable, accommodating, reliable, and both excellent at what they do. The detail, the care, and the follow up. They get her strong again after each health challenge, and Mom looks forward to their visits. We appreciate them and VHC, Thank you for all of your support!

I could not say better things about our home care therapists. From day one after returning home, Rose (physical therapy) and Anne (occupational therapy) have been so patient, encouraging and helpful with my father. He enjoys their company when they come and they have advocated for him more than I could ever - making sure he was taken care of, had supplies and necessary modifications - helping get us a hospital bed so he can sleep better on our first floor, helping with steps and getting upstairs to shower - and overall just incredibly compassionate and kind. Jessica, our nurse, has also been extremely helpful with any issues that came about and always made sure we were doing ok. I wish they could come every day, but we are grateful for when they do come. So lucky to have had this care during this difficult time. Thank you!

My husband has valley nurse service , we have Nicole leocata , she is the BEST we have ever had ! Her care an concern for her patients is superior to any we have had in the past , her skill an knowledge also great !!
