My spouse required much assistance in assisted living as his physical condition was declining. I had my own health issue that dramatically affected my ability to assist him with his adl's. Bayada sent us Afia and she has been our angel. There were a few minor issues with language, but we worked through them quickly. Afia treated him with respect and dignity and they truly liked each other. She worked extremely hard each day keeping him looking and feeling his best. We are truly going to miss her. We are very grateful for having her in our lives. I highly recommend her!!

My husband's care aide, Maria, is kind, considerate, compassionate, friendly and has a sense of humor. Her relationship with my husband is heartwarming to see. She's highly efficient with her prescribed duties and they seem to enjoy each others company. The Office Staff and Home Assistant are very professional and working with the patient ( me ) both in the Home Assistant helping me at home and in the Office Staff with my needs and flexible scheduling regarding my Doctors appointments etc. I say this via my years of experience with this type of care and having used this service from other agencies. I have been using Bayada for the last 8 yrs or more and find them very dependable. I am not gonna lie our first experience with Bayada was horrendous, the assigned aide, Debbie, was definitely not a right fit for us she was inappropriate and it was a fight to get her to do simple things, but after an email to the company we were able to quickly get a different aide, Lucinda and she has been a lifechanger! We absolutely love her, she is so sweet and supportive of my grandmother's insistence of being as self-sufficient as possible. She's been here a few months now and we couldn't imagine what it would be like without her now. We cannot praise her enough she's our family's angel in disguise.
