My father had a brain bleed and emergency brain surgery. 4 days after surgery he was discharged from penn Princeton and my mother was directed to utilize penn med home health care. He needs pt and ot- the first 2 weeks he was home he received PT 2x only. Each time, the person said they would try to come out later that week and both weeks she not only didn’t come, she never contacted to reschedule. This organization is a disaster- with the hospital staff so excellent with their care, the discrepancy with this ancillary department is shocking. Someone needs to address the complete lack of communication and failure to provide the prescribed care.

On November 8, 2020, my wife of 58 years died while in hospice at home in Skillman, NJ. A day or two later, two workers employed by Central Medical Supply arrived to pick up the medical equipment that had been delivered a few weeks earlier (hospital bed, wheelchair, commode, etc.) Shortly afterward, I returned home to discover that a number of pieces of valuable jewelry were missing from some small cabinets on the top of her dresser and, on closer inspection, from her dresser drawers. I have good reason to believe that those two workers stole my deceased wife's jewelry, which included a gold bracelet, engraved in the inside surface with our names and a date, to commemorate our 50th wedding anniversary. Can anyone out there do anything to help rectify this outrageous crime?
