I used Holy Redeemer Home Care in 2023 after I died in surgery and was placed on a ventilator in a hospital. I went to rehab for a month to learn how to walk again. When I came home, I went with Holy Redeemer. They did an awesome job getting me back to where I should be..from a walker to a cane to needing no assitive device. My Occupational therapist was Ilene, nurse was Jenn and my PT was Sandy I believe. In Oct 2025, I needed surgery again for something else, and they did such a great job with me I wanted to use them again. Jenn is my nurse again, she is awesome! My OT was Lori who was so good in helping me with different exercises and helping me get my strength back. My physical therapist was Amanda. She has been absolutely wonderful, very kind and went out of her way to have me as a client since she goes to a different area in south jersey. Amanda really helped me walk better with my balance and made sure I was always safe in my apartment. I highly recommend this company for your needs at home. I found the communication was wonderful and was never disappointed. The nurse, OT and PT staff called me in advance to let me know when they would be with me. They always took my vital signs on every visit. They really care about their patients. You are in good hands, and I urge you to give them a try. The only thing I want to add is I feel they discharged me too early from their service. I did appeal and am waiting for the decision. The first appeal was denied and I appealed again and was denied. You are allowed 5 appeals. I guess it’s profit over people which is very sad. Save money and don’t worry if patients are still unsteady walking. They (Holy Redeemer) said I had the allowed number of visits, but I’m still on a walker and feel it was their job to get me off assistive devices. I still recommend them.

This home healthcare nursing provider has been fantastic! Along with weekly visits, they called to see how I am doing on weekends! I would recommend them to everyone. My nurse Toni was awesome! She was so caring, compassionate & thorough! The entire team was! I would give more stars if I could! Thanks for assisting me after surgery to get me back on track. It’s a slow recovery but the healthcare provided was great!

Highly do not recommend! Strongly consider using a different Homecare organization. Poor communication and very unorganized.

Do not waste your time calling this place!! Horrible communication. They do not provide the services the Dr. orders. You have to call and keep on them and practically beg to get a nurse or home health aide. Left my 75 year old mother hanging with no care multiple times. When you finally get a nurse or home health aide to come out they cancel, but you end of having to call to find out. They are short staffed for home health aides and I was personally told by their occupational therapist they have 1 home health aides. They promise you all the care, but only send occupational therapy and physical therapy since you need those services to get a home health aide. They send them faithfully just to bill the insurance, but no nurse or home health aide. In 3 months my mom had a nurse come out 1x and 1 aide. The therapist came out weekly 2x week. If you just need therapy then fine, but they leave their patients hanging, discharge them without even telling the patient or family. One nurse left my mom laying in bed after doing a catheter change, left her lying flat and she has congestive heart failure and has trouble breathing. Left her with no pants on, and the dirty pad underneath her from changing her catheter. My mom cannot walk without assistance and the nurse left the house and didn’t even tell her she was leaving. Left all the dirty supplies thrown on the floor. Talked negative to my mother and on the phone to someone in front of my mother complaining. Don’t bother calling the supervisors, they act like the care and listen, but are just as bad. If you threaten to call and report them for the horrible care and not sending any nurses or aides they will have a nurse an aide out to your house the next day, but be aware that will be the last time you see or hear from them, they will discharge you without telling you and make up excuses that you had no heat, or running water, or a clear path to walk, and your little dog wasn’t locked in a room. It’s funny because when they were sending the physical and occupational therapy for months, there was no problem with a little dog that sleeps, or nothing was wrong with your house then while they were billing you and your insurance for services they were able to provide, but problems arise when you complain about services they promised to provide, but could not!! Holy Redeemer, at least Runnemede office should be ashamed the way the treat the elderly patients!! They don’t care, only about the money!! Please find another place and don’t waste your time, like we had too!!!!!

My bedridden mother has had nursing in home for awhile now. Her nurse Brittany and another nurse Matt have been wonderful .. they schedule well ahead of time & arrive on time always. They’re caring and so good with my mom. Would recommend them in a heart beat.
