Low rating because they call to schedule appointments the night before for the next morning. When I had them come in the past the people were very nice however there was zero consideration given for circumstances in the home that may require more than 12 hours notice. If you are home with your loved one 24 hours a day and you or your loved one have no routine or responsibilities during the day I am sure the services of VNA would be great for you.

Let me tell you about VNA hospice and my great aunt 💔 this is my rating system ❤️ the care she received from the Aide 10 care and attention to details from the nurse 10 music therapy 10. Religious representative 10. Social worker 10. Equipment delivery personnel 10. Accessibility 10 treatment of family 10. Family mental aftercare programs 10. If you ever find yourself needing hospice care for anyone you love picked the VNA. Life is short and in the end all you want is dignity and comfort and love. My great aunt had all of these from this one awesome company. Thank you VNA staff.

I was so impressed by the care that my uncle received while in an Assisted Living Facility in Lambertville, NJ. Erin the PT was exemplary in her care for my uncle. She was always on time and communicated with me on a regular basis. She was caring and sweet during her care for him. She made us feel so comfortable knowing that he was getting the best care during this time. I want to thank Erin specifically for how she treated my uncle and her wonderful bedside manner and attitude. She is a shining star of your organization!

Beware!Terrible experience so far. The first nurse that came was eight months pregnant and cold not move around to help my mother in law. I had to give her bandages and gauze because she had no supplies. She said they would have someone come to bathe and wash my mother in laws hair I was not told I had to give them my supplies including a basin. So that service was useless and out. The social worker pushed the moms meals Serice which is frozen food which my in law hates.she was here 2 hours pushed by the services which was frozen food and online therapy. The physical therapist was sick so that’s our. The occupational therapist chatted with my husband the whole time and did nothing. We have had three different nurses all who said the colostomy bag they had was wrong and could change it. They stay 20 minutes once a week. Useless pointless service that is clearly a Medicaid scheme.

I can’t say enough about how awesome the entire team was during my mom’s hospice care. The caring , professionalism, and expertise made the difficult time so comforting and less stressful. A special thanks to Amanda our nurse, Gina at Community Hospital, and Suechely our health aide. They were all amazing and a true blessing.
