I have been trying to get care from this agency for about 2 months and still have not had a caregiver. I have had promises to start next Monday and no one shows up and two caregivers have been scheduled for a meet and greet and both of those have canceled. When I called and spoke to the manager, Margaret Hernandez, she gave me a lot of excuses and lip service. While she shared with me the things she is dealing with I do have compassion for her as it is obvious other departments, upper management, and the owners are not providing her with the tools to attract, train, and retain quality caregivers. I don't know what is going on with this agency however with all the awards and five-star ratings they have gotten my assumption is they have had a change in upper management or ownership. It's either that or the reviews are fake and the awards are not really deserved. I have attempted to contact the owners of the agency to discuss my concerns. We will see if and how they respond.

This team of people is so amazing!!! They helped my mom and I with my dad. We were so impressed with the care, compassion and help we received!! We really needed too!! Thanks to our Alamogordo Hospice! You are true Angels!!!

My dad was on hospice with Alamogordo Hospice. We received such wonderful care from everyone on the team. My dad fell in love with his nurses and the aide that took care of him. Excellent, tender care during a very difficult time. Can't recommend them highly enough.

My mother passed away a year ago and it has taken me this long to come around as I needed to get through my first year of all those things we get through without our loved one. The Chaplin has been awesome, and has sent a letter through out the year but I will say the best gift from Hospice is peace of mind, we had Sharon and gosh, what an angel is she, I still think about her and how much she kept in touch and kept me updated. When my mom was in pain she went beyond to help get it under control so I was able to keep my promise to my mom that she wouldn’t suffer and she didn’t. I am thankful for this soul that God sent and she even helped me through the very end. I am so thankful to have had her by my side through this process, she definitely has found her calling to be a precious angel in someone else worst moments. Thank you ❤️
