My physical therapist from Corus Health filed a FALSE Adult Protective Services report after I terminated her services for repeatedly calling 911 for non-emergencies. She lied about my pain level to paramedics and weaponized APS because I refused to let her call 911 for a twisted knee with no bruising. When I tried contacting her supervisor multiple times to resolve this, they refused to return my calls. This facility allows staff to retaliate against patients and abuse systems meant to protect vulnerable people. Filing complaints with Medicaid and Department of Health. AVOID AT ALL COSTS Edit: I've already filed complaints with the appropriate agencies and tried calling your office multiple times with no response. I wouldn't address this in a public forum if your company had left me any other choice - you have my phone number and address on file. This situation escalated solely due to your supervisor's refusal to return my calls. All I initially wanted was accountability and assurance that staff would receive proper training on when calling 911 and APS is appropriate. After giving ample time for a response that never came, I was left with no choice but to pursue other avenues. Your therapist violated my rights by calling APS because I refused 911 - that's retaliation for exercising my right to refuse medical treatment. I don't need further discussion now, I need accountability for the false report.

Not happy with this company at all. They were great to work with when they wanted to sign a relative up with hospice. Friendly and and answered the phone quickly. At 0100 this morning, I received a call and they left a friendly voicemail...hey this is Wendy just give me a call when you can.....etc. I had missed the call and when I got up I called them back...no answer. So I texted them and no reply. I see they READ my text and it's 2.5 hours later and still nothing. Come to find out my relative had passed away....NOTHING crickets.......they got their hospice money and the patient passed away. They could care less. NOT HAPPY with this company or Wendy at all.

Everything they did was timely, and the level of care they showed was exceptional. We live in the mountains and they didn't let that stop them or delay them in their commitment to my dad. Corus was very responsive to our mother's hospice care. She had requested to die at home among her family. Once she was released to hospice care, Arturo was the one who handled getting her transition from the hospital to home and it happened within hours of meeting with him. The supplies and nurses came quickly and they explained the medications to make my mother comfortable. the nurses came and bathed her and helped keep her clean and comfortable. They also kept us apprised of her condition. Our mother had a beautiful death in company of her family. Thank you, Corus, for accompanying me and my family to our mother's end of life.
