I chose this company over another one offered by my insurance company while waiting to be released from the hospital. It was a good choice. There was some confusion over scheduling at first, but it was worked out quickly and the company was very helpful. The two physical therapists who were sent to my home, Angel and Karen, were very professional, assessing my problems and my level of understanding. They were patient and encouraged me. They understood my previous physical problems, my experience with physical therapy in the past, and my specific needs. I was very pleased and satisfied with their training and would recommend them and Centerwell to anyone needing physical therapy.

Kindred at Home in Santa Fe, NM has a serious in-house communication and record keeping problem. They left me up a creek without a paddle and I don't see how they stay in business. The nurse that attended me once a month was always rushed, scattered & messy. Beware!

All day I've been waiting for someone to call me back to set up my hhc. I call back and you can't hear anything on that line, someone will call you back. NO THEY DON'T!!!! The hospital reccomended them, I don't know why. I had them once before, their service was ok. Better than the others I've used. But with today, it seems like the quality of the business has gone down! I'm going to look at other facilities now! Kindred doesn't seem to need clients.

I called this agency today and was impressed with how quickly they resolved one of my patients medical needs. I spoke with a lady by them of Ashely who helped answer all of my questions, had a positive attitude/tone on the phone (some agencies don’t sound too friendly) and my patient was so happy with the outcome.
