They have no one available. They don't train their caregivers on how to work with disabled people. They don't call back. They don't follow up. They will lead you on for a year and then close your case.

I would never choose this company again. The office staff is rude and they absolutely never return a phone call. They lose paperwork and then blame you for never turning it in. They can't seem to keep staff and the clients suffer because of it. They don't keep their records up to date and don't notify their providers or clients of changes that are going on and then will get angry at you for not following the new protocols. Before I became disabled, I was a care provider and seeing their training for their care providers, I think it's terrible. A multiple choice worksheet that the provider doesn't even have to read, just look for the answers, turn in and done.
