Shaila kline is very intelligent, very experienced. She shows initiative and a love for her job. When she arrives to work, I don't have to tell her anything she knows my routine so well she just gets right going. Takes me to appointments and runs errands for me. When she took me to a Dr's appointment as the Dr and nurse was guiding me I fell, she was the only one in there with me that knew how to get me up and take care of me. She is a great personal care person. She is smart enough to talk about any subject I talk about. She is courteous with everyone who comes here. I feel very comfortable when she is here. Shayla Kline is an outstanding individual and a bright spot of our day. She takes her job seriously and has a great track record of helping me get through my daily life. My husband and I love her. She is happy all the time. Interim, on the other hand has a lot of improving to do. Shayla comes to our home and the office’s location app can’t find her. There have been times where Shayla must go outside and try to get a lock on her location. She has to go into our 2 acre backyard and try to get a lock. SHE SHOULD NOT have to do this.
