I have had Luna Vista care over the last year. Their services and support have been excellent. From the beginning their support and information has been extremely clear with the information about their company and the nurses. The multiple nurses have been extremely professional and very caring. On top of all that, communication and schedule has been very consistent. Their schedule has remained consistent and always close to on time when scheduling visits. I do need to say that my most recent and longest serving nurse has been outstanding. Heather has been a tremendous support with her recommendations and support with all my issues. I would completely recommend Luna Vista for care. Their team and office support are special. Thank you.

Caregivers are lazy. Robert is difficult to deal with. Miss documentation. Caregivers complain. Incompetent. Staff is unaware of how to deal with disabled individuals. Lack of skills and education on CNA and Home health aid skills. The primary services provided to me are home health aid services. The caregivers and office staff are the reason for the low star rating. Caregivers and staff treat adults consumers like they are incompetent children. The lack of work by caregivers has resulted in delays in healing and recovery. I recently experienced an injury due to laziness by caregivers. Home health attendants are not properly trained or of any skill set. Please listen when I say the agency expects you to cater your home and lifestyle to the caregivers. The caregivers miscommunicate and misreport. The management will not advocate for the patient. Physical therapy and Occupational therapy is fantastic.

I recently completed several weeks of physical therapy with Karen Black from Luna Vista. I want to highly recommend this young lady for her services. Karen was always on time. She explained the reasons for the exercises that I was doing, but didn’t push me beyond my limits. She helped me to understand the importance of continuing to do these exercises after the completion of my program. On top of this, she is one of the nicest medical professionals with whom I have been involved. It has been a ray of sunshine to have made her acquaintance! Thank you for your help, Karen!

I have never met a group of healthcare providers under one roof that were so professional, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and gave their all to their patients and their patients families ! We had the team ( they are an amazing team!) for home health care and Hospice care in our home! They became family! I didn’t want to let them go!! It takes quite a leader , Jamie Gonzales is the Leader and owner, to put together a group of professionals that work together so seamlessly! We cannot say enough great things about Luna Vista and everyone that works there!

Since I've had my care with Luna Vista they have been super attentive and they have met all my needs. Serena is such a joy, and hard worker she's a shinning star Caregiver, she does everything needed that I want and ask. Brandon in the office is also wonderful. My nurse Vanessa is also a wonderful person on my care team. Everybody at Luna Vista is wonderful and I highly recommend them!
