Won’t do private pay for physical therapy. Imagine being denied services because someone has too much money.

Worst medical experience ever. Almost caused serious coincidences to my relative. Obviously they didn't pay attention to past reactions to certain medications. Caused a month visit to rehab. All of their licenses should be revoked.

Scheduled for a Monday appointment to start physical therapy, showed up Thursday after having to call why they did not show. Nurse only assessed and scheduled therepy to begin Friday, 8 days after surgery, totally unacceptable, but already a week behind on rehab. Nurse called following Wednesday to schedule discharge for Thursday. Told nurse I was scheduled to have therepy on Thursday and she said she could not do it on Thursday because Medicare would not pay for two visits on the same day. She could not do on Friday because she would be in Lubbock. Why she couldn't do the therepy and discharge during the same appointment is a big concern, seems like they only wanted to get paid for two visits instead of doing it all at once. Medicare should take note! Had a 9am therepy appointment today and it is now 9:22 am and therepist not here, no call about being late. Received call from the therepist who apologized and said he would not be coming, but the nurse would be coming instead. Did not give any time when she would be here or the purpose of her visit. Have only received two treatments in 2 weeks, guess it's all about money vs service. Attempted to call General Manager and was told she would be on conference call until 4pm this afternoon, really. It is now 10:11am and still have no idea if or when, nurse will show up but I'm expected to sit home waiting. Would not recommend Interim Healthcare!

My mother was needing after hospital care!!! Interim’s star rating was 4.5 out of 5 stars and they beat all their local competitors 10 out of 11. It was a no-brainer! AND... she got the BEST care ever! Go Interim!

I have an OUTSTANDING TEAM from Interim Home Health from the nurses to the therapists. We all have a main goal of getting me back to as independent as I was. They are always professional and without an attitude! They genuinely care about my well-being and that is something that I really appreciate!! I hope other people needing Interim's services has the same pleasant experience.
