Not sure why the bad reviews but i have been going to the Healthplex for physical therapy on and off since August 2020. The therapists and staff are attentive and professional. They worked out a care plan to meet my busy schedule. In doing so it meant that i might get a different person each time but i have never had any issues. If you are recovering from an injury or surgery then i would highly recommend Healthplex in Clovis NM.

This place is RIDICULOUS consider someone being SICK AND THROWING UP A NO SHOW.

I wasn't happy with the doctor I seen. She made rude comments on my weight and then turned to my husband was utterly rude to him. I would think that with us talking very nice to her we would get the same result but she literally bashed us the whole time. Never again will I see that doctor.

not well cared for. charge nurse? the male nurse who admitted me was haughty. my 02 kept dropping into low 80s but no one came to check, no o2 was given and the alarms kept going off un noticed. I left in as much pain as I came in with and still afraid i might have a heart attack...which Rachel said could happen at any moment...not very comforting. not a good score on nursing staff. xray was awesome, and the lab was really good. ultrasound was ...let's just say this was not a good visit and i still hace scary chest, neck, back and arm pain and my leg is still swollen and red
