Our families experience with Good Sam home care has been horrible. They always have staffing problems especially on Sundays. When the reports are sent in to the health coordinator there is no reason given on why there is no care on Sundays. Crystal is I think the home care supervisor (she has never mentioned what her position is.) We have maybe spoken 2-3xs and she is extremely vulgar and unprofessional. She likes to scream and I will not get into a screaming match over the care that my mother needs. Hannah is from my understanding the head supervisor. She has no control over the employees she supervises. Now there is no communication at all, no care for my mother on Sundays and no reason on the reports to the health coordinator. This company is a joke, the employees are rude, vulgar, inexperienced and do not care about the people they are supposed to provide care for. I would love for someone to get ahold of me, and discuss the issue with staffing of course this will not happen as they are extremely unprofessional.

These folks are real angels. They took excellent care of my husband after his stroke. He has made an amazing recovery and I attribute it to the kind, caring and professional staff.

VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Had a lot of problems, very rude, and one of the nurses didn’t know what she was doing and my grand father develop bacteria in the blood and urine due to his folly being placed incorrectly! Very horrible, do not recommend! And company did not ever care, and the nurse never had experience changing folly’s and still got sent to change it.

The staff is extremely friendly. They take such good care of my mother. She feels safe and trusts her therapist completely. We have seen great improvements. I highly recommend Good Samaritan Home Health Services to anyone considering care for their loved ones.
