After the approved home care rep didn’t show for 3 days, we were called and told he was ready to work now we needed to use him or find another service. The representative told us that WE have to realize that this time of year is difficult without consideration that my elderly grandmother mother would have been alone and no notification that the care rep never showed up had we not stayed to meet with the agent. Apparently their staff do not care enough about their clients to communicate absences 3x in a row and then try to strong arm you to rely on the person that has already proven unreliable.

Horrible! If you love your parent, pick another company! No-one there speaks or understands English/ Spanish. They don't show up, they do not call to inform you that your parent will be with out care that day. No accountability for their staff, it's always your job to call their staff to see where they are or why they didn't show up?! I do not work for you and it's not up to me to hunt down your staff! They leave early or don't show up. Either way they get paid through the state and government. Not good, they need to be reported!

UNBELIEVABLE! My mother has Medicaid and Medicare-40 hours a week eligible, and these people are the worst! They are not dependable at all. No show, No call and no excuses! We got tired of contacting them to see where her care giver was, every day! Or sending over individuals who do not understand English?!

When my husband's mother became ill, we needed someone to help us care for her when we were at work. These people were absolutely wonderful. Our in home person was a great help. I grew to depend on her. They were able to adjust the schedule as our needs changed. They are reasonable and I would highly recommend them.
