HORRIBLE! My dad suffered a stroke. After bringing him home, he required OT, PT, and speech therapy. I was told that Enhabit is required to call me within 2 days from returning home. They never called. I called them they said they’d call the next day… no callback. I called again. Finally they sent CJ for evaluation and speech therapy. CJ was great, but still no OT, or PT I kept calling they continued giving me the runaround and continued to say they’d get him scheduled and call me back me back. Still no callback! I went to the office! Finally they tell me that the physical therapist won’t even service the Alto area! MY DAD LOST 3 WEEKS! Every single day of therapy is so valuable! It’s worth it to load dad up and take him to any other therapy facility than wait for this place! THIS IS SUCH A HORRIBLE THING TO DO TO ELDERLY PEOPLE IN OR COMMUNITY!!!!
