I never actually met with any of the nurses. The first nurse I spoke with was kind of rude and intrusive. She was not at all flexible with when I was available. The other nurses I dealt with either didn't return my calls or never let me know when they were coming. The only reason I didn't give one star is because the other staff, receptionists and schedulers were friendly. I ended up closing my referral out. Too much hassle.

This an extremely unreliable company. On multiple occasions nurses scheduled to come to my mom's home for wound care would no show and no call. When we call the agency to inquire where the nurse is, we rarely ever get a call back and when someone calls back they act like we are in the wrong for being upset the nurse didn't show. On at least two occasions Nurses were put on the schedule on their days off and as far as I'm concerned one hand doesn't know what the other is doing within this poor excuse of a home care agency. They are completely unprofessional! I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!
