What a nice group of people.

Not happy with the operation of the facility at 170 Buffalo Avenue in Brooklyn. Impossible to reach a human being for any follow-up. Maybe they need to employ more staff to answer the phones and insure that someone returns a call. Very disappointing and would not recommend despite the hype that they are like a 5 star hotel. Give me a break. The owner pleaded with me to remove this review. It’s not gonna happen.

Zero stars should be for this facility for the business office, that purposely withhold payments to providers who rendered life saving cancer treatment to numerous nursing home patients they are affiliated with. Over a year to obtain payment when there is a valid contract in place.

I have calling the doctor from 1:06pm continuously until 1:41pm, still no answer the phone will ring until it's disconnected and the service is not efficient and professional. What's the point of the doctor if she unreachable.is it the the receptionist not answering, it's that the phone not working, which is it. This is unacceptable. That not service and it a pediatric doctor come on the company Gotham has to do better and there is a manger at this location isn't that amazing getting paid to do nothing, Isn't th at grand.that how it is at prospect place in Brooklyn by.
