The place is spectacular I love how they set it up I love the staff I love the experience of going to a new place but what sucks is when you have an appointment and you have to stand online for hours just so you can go to a later appointment and reschedule

I swear this is a great hospital when it comes to the things they can do for their patients health wise - but THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION IN THIS HOSPITAL ESPECIALLY AT THE 1 FORDHAM PLAZA LOCATION IS ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS!!! THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES ! THEY NEVER HAVE YOUR FORMS READY AT ALL !! THEY HAVE TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION SKILLS !!! IT IS SO FREAKING FRUSTRATING !!

I went there expecting this was a walk in clinic, but its not. Everything is by appt, and NOT ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS (as of this post 9/2024) Before Covid, things were different, then changed for the worst. Patients need a place to go in case of emergency instead of City MD

This clinic is so negligent, every time I call for an appointment the nurses always have an attitude and never hive You the proper treatment as a patient. Also, I usually call for a monthly check up and they never have doctors it is very frustrating because I’d like to meet with my doctors to talk about my worries. They also change your doctors, and to me it is highly unacceptable to keep having different doctors, and these different doctors accessing my records. This used to be my favorite Montefiore clinic, not only because it is a very close commute to my home, but also because of the treatment I used to receive from Dr Parra, she was the best. Please increase your customer service, I do not want to relocate. Thank you

This place is unbelievable. I was getting my care there a few years back due to the lack of unprofessionalism I ended up leaving. Recently I went for a check up technically went in for a pregnancy test Hoping that the clinic was better established,..Well in all honesty if anything is worse!! These people don’t care about the well-being of their patients. The girl that was taking my vitals told the doctor that she had to go on break before 4:30 PM right in front of me when the doctor asked her if she could do some blood work😒😑 Talk about unprofessional. I don’t care about your lunch hour nor do I have to hear how you have to go to lunch. That isn’t something you talk about with your doctor front of your patients. Save yourself from this place🙅🏻‍♀️👎🏻You’re not seeing as a human being but as another insurance card holder.
