Rude uncaring and so on. A few good people but not too many. Don't return phone calls. You're gonna be unhappy

River spring at home failed to disenroll me properly. They were required to ensure that I had continuous Home Care when I made the transition from home care being paid for by then to straight Medicaid. I have been without home care for 13 days. At one point scale my care manager I think it was her she said you're with us now. That was nice. I found that you would call their customer service number and be told that this would happen or a certain person would call you back and nothing happened and a certain person didn't call you back. I always thought a river spring House in a very good way. I'm not entirely abandoning that. But that was my experience with them. I was disappointed in the care I received during my month as a client there I don't intend to return to them.
Traveling Contessa
I’m only giving five stars because of their physical therapy staff. In particular a therapist named, Natalia. She was patient, dedicated, supportive, caring and interested in my long term goals with regards to healing and next surgeries. I miss her still to this day.

I broke my ankle in October and went to Reb and were assigned to this Angency. For Occupational therapy, I had Ivonne and for Physical therapy, I had Boaz briefly and than Komal. I must say that services given/received in any field, has a lot to do with how us as a patient react to it. If we understand our treatment and their responsibilities of giving us said treatment, then we should receive a pleasant experience. I have a chronic illness and many other physical problems with chronic pain. I deal with a lot. It's frustrating. I get depressed. And with a broken ankle, it challenged and fueled my anxiety and depression but I expressed this to my therapists and they showed me empathy. I would recommend this agency. I have 20 plus years of health issues so I know how to recognize great service. To others who are struggling, keep in mind that the Therapists deal with a lot and there just human. There in this field to help people. We need to also have good bedside manners and keep in mind, it's not their fault we need therapy. Hang in there and let's all be kind to one another. And thank you guys for working through COVID-19 and taking a risk. Stay safe everyone!

Not a responsible home health agency, they couldn't help us get essential medical wound care supplies after being with them for a whole month (person who is leaking bile needed changing wounds 3 times a day). Very poor head nursing assessments, the rehabilitation therapy which she needed the most only showed up twice a week for a lousy hour and sometimes didn’t show up at all, he promised to get us a bathing chair and failed as anticipated. It seems that these traveling caretakers have it good getting payed for not doing much to help with the needs of the patients. 2 stars and not 1 because after complaining to the management about medical supplies they made a special order to send them out (which they could have been doing throughout the month). They also cut off the aides two days before discharge which is NOT a safe discharge transition!
