THE 5 STARS ARE FAKE !!!I have one aid Yolanda and the case manager Cris that would get them 5 stars for my mother’s care, but the everything and everyone else gets 1 star so I gave them 2. Marissa keeps playing games and patronizing me, which is why I will be leaving them ASAP. The bad outweighs the good. Unprofessional, rude, receptionist, The two good people should open their own agency because there is nothing ROYAL about the care.

My name is Reid Laufer I was currently in the hospital for a hernia surgery while I was in the hospital I had two blood clots in my left and right leg upon my discharged from the hospital I was sent to a rehabilitation center I completed my rehabilitation at the center and I was sent home with aftercare I saw a nurse from Royal care who set me up with home physical therapy everything was going well for the first 16 days after the 16 days I was told by my physical therapist that they were cutting services how could they cut services when my ability to walk and maintain my balance and even walk up a couple flights of stairs was impossible for me to do they never came to my house to do an assessment before even discharging me I called and spoke to my primary care doctor who said that the way that they had handled the discharge was totally inappropriate I highly recommend if you are going to use their service that you make sure follow all the guidelines they are very hard and difficult to get ahold of please do not use these services
