We’ve been with Cassena Care at Home for a bit now, and honestly, it’s been awesome. The nurses is super chill and really looks out for my dad. Always shows up on time and handles things without any drama. The office is easy to reach if we need anything, which is a plus. It’s nice knowing my dad’s got someone reliable there. Would definitely recommend!

This home care is a joke. I only gave it two stars because the PT that they assigned me is really good. Other than that it didn’t deserve any stars.after coming from a rehab where I got really good care they referred me to Cassena For home care. Like I said, the PT is wonderful. They are not giving me any OT because they say they don’t have anybody in my neighborhood. However, they said the PT can give me OT, but they won’t make his sessions any longer For that. Also, a nurse is supposed to come once a week. I’m in my third week and the initial nurse came and then one came last week and I hear nothing else. If you want, decent home care therapy do not use this place
