Best home care services around! I did try a few other agencies in the past, so i had my fair share of dealing with incompetent coordinators. Excellent home care employees are always available to address any issues I might have, they are super polite and respectful no matter what the situation might be. They go above and beyond to make sure everything sails smoothly. Highly recommend!

Horrible! Stay far away. The physical therapist are not trying to help your love ones. They would come to my home stay for 5 to 10 minutes and leave. How can you really get help in that time. This is a scam. Collecting funds without providing adequate services.

If I can give 0 stars I would. I staff homehealth throughout the country from a major hospital in Baltimore City. When calling "Excellent" Home health, they were anything BUT excellent. The intake department accepted a referral when it was called in, and in stead of intake calling to say they cannot accept the referral once it was sent to them, they dropped the ball. They did not call the referral source to let us know they were unable to accept the patient. Instead when I called to follow up. I was told that they were not accepting the patient. They were VERY unprofessional, and I would NEVER referral this provider to any of my patients!

This is a horrible home care service they are very irresponsible and cover their negligence towards patient with each other. They make their own mistake then blames it on patient. I would never recomend this place to no one staff is very rude. They full of excuses and cover up each other by changing the patient nurse then claim they where unable to reach patient. No respect for patient and their family they would turn your service off in order to buy time to find a nurse while patient go without services.
