To start, their speech therapist was phenomenal. However, I am reviewing the company and not the therapist. After starting therapy for my son, the company unilaterally and arbitrarily discharged him. They did not follow any of the procedures listed in their self seriving Admission Booklet. No family conference, no discharge paperwork and no communication from the care manager. Reaching anyone on phone is impossible. Care managers don't return phone calls. I am considering filing a formal complaint with my city/state.

Monica the PT is so patient, positive, and just the sweetest person. She does so many great exercises with my son and really engages him and all of his muscles during PT. Demetria the OT is also so patient and has really tried so many things with my son. She works on his fine motor skills as well as his sensory needs. They both go above and beyond and I can’t thank Monica, Demetria and Jamie enough for helping my son and our family!
