Family Certified Services helped my family at a time when we did not know where to turn. Caring for a sick family member can be very stressful. The nurses, therapist, Home Health Aides and office staff explained the process step by step. Astrenia and Diandra answered our questions and boy we had a lot of questions. I generally never leave reviews, however, in this case I had to. Family Care Certified Services provided my family with a nurse aid for my grandmother, may she Rest In Peace. The nurse that cared for her was very professional, caring and knowledgable. She treated my grandmother as her own family member.
