My experience with this home care agency raised significant concerns regarding professionalism, transparency, and regulatory compliance. Communication was poor, records were inconsistent, and questions related to billing and services were not clearly addressed. Based on what I observed, I did not feel confident that the agency was operating in accordance with required standards. I would urge prospective clients and all employees to proceed with caution.

It’s been a good experience with them. My coordinator is responsive and helpful. The only thing is that sometimes it takes more time than I would like to locate a therapist, although I know it all depends on the area and availability of staff. But overall it is a good agency

The company is a nightmare to do business with. No one seems to know what is going on -- and each staff member has a different idea about what is and is not covered by Medicare. Not easy to reach them by phone -- and when you do they can be very rude. There were a lot of no-shows for my home care appointments -- and staff did not care to make up for them with additional appointments.
