Beware financial exploitation of elderly clients. Im writing this review out of deep concern for my mother. It has been discovered that this company has been miss handling her finances, taking money without proper explanation. When trying to get answers, Ms. Nellie Welz has tried giving us vague responses and lack of transparency. This is not just poor services. This is elderly financial abuse, and we are now reporting this situation to the proper authorities. Including adult protective services and the NYS Department of Health. We trusted this place with our family members, and what happened is completely unacceptable. I strongly urge others to use caution and monitor your families finances when using this agency.
